Highlights

Titletown

Beginning with Vince Lombardi’s arrival as head coach in 1959, the franchise’s fortunes changed. In Lombardi’s second year, he had the Packers playing for the NFL title, and though they lost at Philadelphia, it would be the only postseason loss of the legendary coach’s career.

Green Bay went on to win it all in five of the next seven seasons, capturing two straight crowns in 1961-62 and then accomplishing the franchise’s second three-peat from 1965-67, which included winning the first two Super Bowls and the famous Ice Bowl as part of Lombardi’s final title run.
